SKI ACCOMMODATIONS

A comfortable bed is a very important thing after an exhausting day of winter sports (even more so after an evening of après ski...). Regardless of which type of accommodation you seek, your well-being is a top priority for us. We offer a variety of ski accommodations in each of our ski resorts. Whether you are looking for a basic studio that sleeps one or a luxury chalet sleeping 12 or more, you are sure to find something suitable!

Accommodation categories

or
Very simple accommodation, only furnished with the essentials. Wear and tear possible.

or
Simple accommodation with a certain element of comfort, e.g. a basic breakfast pension or mid-range apartment.

or
The overall facilites are of a good and comfortable standard. Facilities are of high quality. In larger properties the infrastructure is good.

or
Overall facilites are very good with sophisticated comfort. The property's location and infrastructure will meet high expectations.

or
The overall facilties are first-class and comfortable. A very well-kept with an exclusive overall impression. First class infrastructure.

Accommodation types

Apartments, studios and chalets
The studios consist of a living/sleeping area while the apartments and chalets offer at least one extra room. Allaccommodations are equipped with a kitchen or kitchenette, so board is generally not included in the holiday price. It is possible to book the rooms in underoccupancy, if you wish to use the living/sleeping area only for common means.
Final cleaning is included with some accommodations, in others it has to be either paid in resort or done by the customers themselves. Furthermore a deposit generally has to be made, which you normally receive back on the day of departure. Nore detailed information can be found in the accommodation description.
If not stated otherwise, bed linen and towels are not included in the holiday price, however can be borrowed in resort or brought along from home.

Guest houses and hotels
In these accommodations you have the choice between single, double or family rooms incl. breakfast or half board. Depending on the category, some accommodations even have an extended spa area (sauna, solarium, steam bath, swimming pool). Je nach Kategorie verfügen die Häuser über Sauna oder sogar einen ausgeprägten Wellnessbereich (Sauna, Solarium, Dampfbad, Schwimmbad).

Breakfast pension
Breakfast pensions are a less expensive alternative to guest houses and hotels. You can choose between single, double or family rooms incl. breakfast.

Arrival & departure

Check-In/ -Out
In guest houses, hotels and breakfast pensions the rooms generally are available from 14:00, apartments from 17:00.
On the day of departure the room/apartments has to cleared latest by 10:00. More detailed information will be given at the time of check-in.

Tourist tax
The tourist tax is communal fee, which is levied per day in many resorts. There is no fixed amount for this tax, but it can vary in every resort.
In some cases we charge the tourist tax together with the accommodation price and forward it to the resort, in other cases the tax has to be balanced in resort. In Italy no tourist tax is applicable.
