Ziller Valley, sometimes referred to as the "most active valley in the world", is situated in the heart of Tyrol in the Ziller Valley Alps, directly on the border with South Tyrol. The relatively flat valley is full of possibilities! 668 kilometres of piste, 172 lifts, and snow security at 3,250 m – welcome to Ziller Valley! The "Zillertaler Superskipass" is valid for all 668 km in the Ziller, Gerlos, and Tux valleys and at the Wildkogel. Boasting 624 km of piste, 175 lifts and snow-sure pistes up to 3,250 m, the Ziller Valley's ski region is undoubtedly one of the top ski regions in the Alps. Fügen itself offers two ski areas, and the new connection between the ski areas Hochfügen and Hochzillertal extends the area's offer to 166 km of pure ski enjoyment! Fügen, the largest town at the entrance to the renowned Zillertal Valley consists of two centres. The cosy town centre, with its cafés, shops and restaurants, bursts to life in the afternoon.
