Haus Julia is located approx. 2 km from the centre of Ischgl in the neighbourhood of Waldhof. The lifts can be reached quickly and comfortably with the use of the ski bus, which stops approx. 100 m from the house. The house has a cosy breakfast room, Internet (for a fee) as well as a ski room with a ski boot dryer. Parking places are available directly at the house.

The cosy rooms have shower/wc, satellite TV, radio alarm clock and often balcony. The apartment includes three bedrooms, each with its own shower/wc, as well as an eat-in kitchen with an oven, satellite TV and Internet.
