The impressive panorama of the surrounding 3,000 m mountains, e.g. the Luibiskogel (3,110 m) or the Rofelewand (3,353 m) or also the Windspitze (3,774 m), dominate the high alpine landscape. Numerous cross-country ski trails weave through the valley and the wonderful landscape can be admired while on a snowshoe hike.
