The spacious, newly built Mountain-Resort is only approx. 200 m from the centre of Rauris, where there are plenty of shops. The complimentary ski bus stops approx. 200 m away from the complex, the ski area is 300 m away. The facilities available here include a ski room, bar, cafe, spa area with indoor pool with small outdoor area, sauna, steam room, fitness room, relaxation area and jacuzzi. Free parking spaces are available, as well as limited garage parking spaces.
Furnishing/Board
The cosy, comfortable and modernly furnished apartments have a bath or shower/wc, a combined living/sleeping area with a sofa bed (1.20 m wide), one to three separate bedrooms as well as a fully equipped kitchen with hob, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. Satellite TV, as well as an Internet connection are available in the apartment (payable locally).
