The cosy apartment house, located in a quiet area, approx. 1,000 m from the village centre, offers a lovely view of the Wilder Kaisers. The ski bus stops in front of the house. Cross-coutry ski trails run directly next to the house, and the sports centre "Kaiserbad" with indoor swimming pool, relax centre, massages, and tennis courts is just 400 m away. The house´s facilities include a sauna (3x per week included in price), heated ski room, drying room, quiet room, and a games room with table tennis and table football. Parking places are available.
