The comfortable 4 star hotel is located close to the centre and the gondola (5 - 10 mins on foot). The ski bus stop is approx. 100 m away from the house. Facilities include a foyer with reception, bar and restaurant, as well as Tyrolean "stüberl" parlour, lounge, kids' play room and ski room. The use of the spaciously laid out spa area with indoor pool, Finnish sauna, Turkish steam room, fitness studio and sweat lodge is included in the holiday price. Massages, solarium and freshwater jacuzzi are on offer (payable locally). Free parking spaces are available, a parking space in the garage can be rented at the resort (€7 per day).

The comfortable rooms are furnished with a sitting area, bath or shower, separate wc, hairdryer, cable TV, mini bar, safe and balcony.
