Cross-country Zell am See-Kaprun

Sheer endless kilometres of trails running from the glacier right down to the lake - the cross-country region around the Kitzsteinhorn and Lake Zell is known to be one of the loveliest in the national park Hohe Tauern. Together with Bruck and Fusch, this area was awarded to be one of the best cross-country regions within the Alps. 107 km of tracks lead past magnificent sights, such as Kaprun castle, through quiet forests, vast meadows or beautiful view points towards the Kitzsteinhorn. Thanks to the perfect network, further 200 km of trails can be accessed via the Pinzgauer and Saalachtal tracks.
