Location and facilities
The friendly 3-star Hotel Kehlbachwirt lies idyllically in the little area of Niedernsill, approx. 15 km from Kaprun and Zell am See. The next ski bus stop can be found directly in front of the building. From here, you can comfortably reach the ski area of Kaprun/Zell (approx. 15 km). The closest cross-country track can also be found directly next to the accommodation.The cosy hotel is furnished with a reception with receiving area, lobby with Wi-Fi (incl.), lift, breakfast room, parlour, dining room, restaurant, bar, cafe, children's play room, terrace, wine cellar, and a boot and ski room. The approx. 90 m² large spa area with sauna, Finnish sauna, steam bath, infrared cabins and relaxation room are all available to use for free (16:00 - 19:00, with prior reservation at the reception). You also have to opportunity to book massages (for a fee). Free parking spaces, as well as a parking garage (for a fee), are also available to use (upon availability).
Additionally, the "FUN+CARD Piesendorf-Niedersill" is included for you. With this card, you gain access to many free and reduced price services and activities, such as 1x snow tubing or fun toboggan rides on the activity mountain Naglköpfl and much more (as per info in resort, subject to change).
In resort, you will also receive a 5% discount at the "Deins & Meins" restaurant in Zell am See (upon display of voucher, received with the travel documents).

The already included half board comes with a welcome drink on the day of arrival, a breakfast buffet, as well as a 3 course menu of your choice with salad bar in the evening. For the little ones, a children's menu is also available (per request). For Christmas and New Year's Eve, a special dinner is served (obligatory, payable locally).Pets

Important notes
- Entrance to the spa area is only permitted to children from 6 years, and only when accompanied by an adult!
- Children born in 2012 and younger, receive a free lift pass when an accompanying adult purchases a full valid ski pass at the same time: per accompanying adult, one child receives a free lift pass. The lift pass is already valid on the day of arrival, from 15:00.
- When booking rooms with multiple or additional beds, there is no claim to the additional beds
