Your data as a customer is used exclusively for processing your order. All customer data is stored and processed while adhering to the relevant legal codes.

Contract Text
We save the contract text and send you the booking information and a link to our Booking Conditions by e-mail. Due to security reasons, your booking information is no longer accessible over the Internet. You are able to receive the purchase contract in German, English, French, Polish, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Czech, Hungarian, Romanian, Norwegian, Danish, Swedish and Dutch.

Transfer to Third Parties
We will not give your personal data, including your home address and e-mail address, to any third party without your specific, and at any time revocable, consent. Hereby excluded are our service partners requiring customer information for order processing (e.g. distribution companies and financial organisations involved with the processing of payments). In such cases the extent of data transmission will, however, be limited to the necessary minimum.

Security
We use technical and organisational safety measures in order to protect your data, administrated by us from coincidental or deliberate manipulations, loss, destruction or from the access by unauthorized persons. Payment data is transferred securely. We use a SSL-coding with a 256bit code.

Cookies
In this shop, information is stored in cookies regarding the contents of your shopping cart, which can be called up upon your next visit. If you register with us or would like to place an order, we require your personal data. The data stored in a cookie is needed for the attribution of commission to Internet travel agencies.
