Ski Area Lipno nad Vltavou
The ski area at Lipno nad Vltavou is between 760 and 900 m elevation and offers a total of 8 km of piste linked by 6 lifts. The small but lovely ski area is one of the most modern in the Czech republic, and due to its easy and middle-difficult slopes, it is particularly well-suited to families. Beginners have the best conditions to get acquainted with the sport on dreamy pistes up to 60 m wide. The managable and well-prepared pistes promise maximum fun and safety for both parents and children. In the Fox Park, kids will feel comfortable while having loads of fun learning to ski. Snowboarders aren't forgotten--the modernized snowboard park is not just for beginners, but also for experienced boarders. If you didn't get enough during the day, the 1,300-m lake piste is flood-lit for evening skiing. Finally, the entire ski area can be covered in man-made snow if necessary.
