Newly built in 2006/07, the 4-sun residences comprise of several apartment houses and free-standing chalets. The residences are located directly on the piste, where you can get direct access to the lifts of Valmeinier 1500. The resort centre, with its cosy sun terraces, cafés, restaurants and supermarkets, can be reached in just 5 minutes on foot. The property's facilities include an indoor pool (incl.) and sauna (for a fee). Limited car parking spaces are available for no extra charge, however garage parking spaces can be rented for €25 per week.
