Newly built in 2006/07, the 4-sun residence comprises of several apartment buildings and free-standing chalets. The residences are located in Valmeinier 1800 directly on the piste, where there is direct access to the lifts in Valmeinier 1500. The village centre, with its cosy sun terraces, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets, can be reached in just 5 minutes on foot. The property's facilities include indoor pool (incl.) and sauna (for local fee). Limited free parking spaces available, however garage parking spaces are available for €25 per week.

The tastefully decorated apartments have a fully equipped kitchenette with microwave, grill and dishwasher, as well as bath/wc and TV. Some with balcony. Separate wc in apartments sleeping 6 or more.
