SAFE AND COMFORTABLY INTO THE ALPS BY PLANE Fast, comfortable and safe The renowned airlines offer modern aeroplanes with comfortable furnishing and all safety standards. As you will be flying a direct route, time consuming changes don’t accrue. Therefore you can relax and enjoy the beginning of your holiday … there’s no faster and safer way to get to your holiday destination. All of the flights are in non smoking planes. Arrival and Departure Each traveller is responsible for organising his/her own visa for entering and exiting the country. Please take care that you have a valid personal ID or passport, as well as – if necessary – a visa. Additionally, do not forget any recommended or required vaccinations. Please note: non-EU citizens may need to fulfill other entry requirements. Please contact your consulate for more information. Pets Pets are barred from transport. In exceptional cases, your travel agency will try to obtain a permit. You must personally enquire by your consulate regarding entry or exit requirements. Transfer to hotel and back When booking a package holiday (flight and hotel), transfer is generally not included. This can be added to your booking in the booking process, if transfer to the hotel is offered. If transfer is added to the booking, you will be received at the airport and transferred to your hotel by shuttle bus or taxi. Please pay attention to departure times for the return flight, which you can receive at your hotel's reception. Luggage The total weight of checked luggage is generally 20 kg. Excess baggage incurs an excess baggage fee, depending on the airline. A single piece of luggage can generally weigh no more than 30 kg. Hand luggage must generally not exceed 5 kg (45 cm x 35 cm x 20 cm). One piece of hand luggage is allowed per person. Please note that liquids in hand luggage is only allowed in limited amounts. Detailed information can be found in the Terms and Conditions of the booked airline, which you can see and must confirm in the booking process. Transportation of winter sports equipment entails a fee. They can be transported for a fee of GBP 25 per piece per flight route, as long as the airline undertakes the conveyance. Max. one piece of sports luggage per guest. We must immediately be informed after the booking is made, as only limited cargo capacity is available. We recommend hiring equipment, which you can book directly with us in many resorts, for a very good price. This relieves you of much stress during the outward and return journeys.
