PAYMENT
When and how does the payment have to made?
As soon as you receive the Booking Confirmation, a deposit payment of 20% of the total holiday price applies (travel insurance costs additionally, if applicable). The balance amount is due 40 days prior to the arrival date. If the booking is made within 42 days before the day of arrival, then the total amount is due at once.
Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card.
The holiday documents can only be issued, when all payments have been balanced, earliest however 10 days prior to arrival in resort.
Bank transfer:
Within a few days after booking you will receive your booking confirmation either by post or e-mail. Attached you will find a payment slip you can use to balance the payment.
If you use online banking or any other form of payment transfer, please copy all the information as given on the slip, so we can explicitly apply your payment.
We however recommend you to use credit card payment if possible, so you can avoid any trouble with the transfer of the funds.
Credit card:
Please have following details available for the booking:
- Bank
- Card holder
- Credit card number
- Expiration date
- CVC-code
With Visa- and Mastercard the CVC-code consists of the three last digits in the signature box on the back of the card.
Please note, when paying by credit card that a fee of 1.2% of the total holiday price applies.
