The apartments (2007) are situated in a quiet area directly at the Palipert ski lift with access to the entire Carosello ski area. Distance to the ski bus stop is approx. 100 m, to the village centre approx. 3 km. There are a few shops and pubs in the vicinity. Parking spaces are available. Bed linen and towels, as well as final cleaning are included.

The modern apartments include a well equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave and toaster. Additionally, satellite TV, radio, heated ski room, and often a balcony area available. The apartment sleeping 4 includes a living/sleeping area with a double pull-out sofa bed and a double room, and the apartment sleeping 6 has an additional bedroom. Self-catering.
