Val di Fassa is located in the southwest part of the Dolomites in Trentino and borders South Tyrol. The idyllic valley is dominated by some of the most famous Dolomite peaks, such as the Catinaccio group (2,983 m), the Langkofel (3.181 m), the mighty Sella group and the impressive Marmolada glacier (3,342 m). The small Avisio river meanders through the valley where three languages are spoken (German, Italian, Ladin) and passes many famous resorts. With nearly 120 km of piste and 59 lifts, it is one of the largest ski areas in the Dolomiti-Superski area and furthermore offers a connection to the world-renowned Sella Ronda. This is one of the most significant winter sports centres in Val di Fassa, looming at an altitude of 1,440 m. The picturesque resort of Campitello is dominated by the majestic Sassolungo (3,184 m) and Col Rodella (2,485 m). Campitello offers a direct connection to the Sella Ronda's ski area where you'll definitely have fun.
