East Norway:
Seven districts make up East Norway, including Oslo, Buskerud, Telemark and Oppland, which host such well-known ski areas as Hemsedal or Geilo. The heart of East Norway is, of course, the Norwegian capital Oslo. Approx. 15 km north of Lillehammer is the Hafjell ski area, which became famous due to the 1994 Winter Olympics. East Norway offers gorgeous scenery, coupled with a plethora of cultural and outdoor activities.
