Résidence Le Pracondu

The chalet-style accommodation Residenz Le Pracondue lies in the heart of Nendaz - only 150 m from the centre with shops, cosy sun terraces and cafés. The piste leads directly past the building - out the door, on your skis and you're off! The cable car is only 100 m away. The Residence has a reception with free Wifi access and a sauna which is available for use at a small charge. Bed linen and final cleaning (except kitchen) are included in the holiday price. The entry to the ice rink is also included. Parking spaces are available, a garage space is available for a fee.

The stylishly furnished apartments have a living/sleeping area, bedroom, a fully equipped kitchenette with 4 ceramic hobs, microwave with grill function, dishwasher, refrigerator and coffee machine, as well as a bath/wc (some with separate wc). In addition, a TV and balcony are available. Self-catering.
