Facilities
Reception, entry way, hotel hall/lobby, internet corner (payable locally), free wifi, ski room, lift, hotel's own parking located in Täsch (free based on availability), stylish half board restaurant, bar, large garden. Non-smoking hotel.

Rooms
Bath/wc, hair drier, bath robe and slippers (free), cable TV, wifi, safe, tea and coffee bar. Non-smoking rooms. Accommodation is in main house or in annex Arca (both have the same rating).

Board
Included: half pension: welcoming drink at the Italian evening, hearty breakfast buffet, 5-course evening meal, salad bar as one of the 5 courses, 1 x weekly Valaisian evening with live music, 1 x weekly Italian evening, 1 x weekly gala dinner, 1 x weekly surprise meal, 1 x weekly fondue Chinoise evening. All meals taken in the main house.
