Location and facilities
The comfortable, 4-star Mondi Holiday Alpenblickhotel Oberstaufen is located in the well taken care of park terrain, on the sunny southern slope of Oberstaufen, approx. 800 m away from the resorts centre. The ski area Hündle is located approx. 3 km away, the ski areas Steibis and Imberg are approx. 5 km and the Hochgratbahn 8 km away. A bus stop is to be found directly in front of the building.The hotel complex comprises 10 building, designed in Alpine country-style (all max. 200 m from the main building) and offers a reception, some buildings have a lift, Wi-Fi, an Italian restaurant, as well as a children's playroom and ground-level trampoline. Parking spaces are open to use, free of charge (based on availability) and for a fee, there is also the possibility to use the covered parking lot.
A spa area (approx. 600 m², open 07:30 - 21:00) offers an indoor pool, steam bath, Finnish sauna, organic sauna, infra red cabin, heated lounger and a jacuzzi, which is all available to use for free (massages for a fee). You'll receive per room a spa voucher for a relaxation massage (approx. 20 min.), included in the holiday price. You also have access to the fitness room, a squash court and participation in water gymnastics and yoga (as per description on site).
For the little guests the hotel offers children care (from 4 ears, 3 x per week from Monday to Saturday, during the holidays, as per info in resort), in children's club "Villa Kunterbunt".
The total holiday price includes one high-quality ski service per full-paying customer (bottom/edge grinding and waxing worth approx. €20), which can be redeemed at "Sport Hauber" in Steibis (no cash payout possible, non-transferable).
The holiday price includes also the "Oberstaufen Plus Card", which is also the lift pass for the ski areas Hochgrat, Hündle-Thalkirchdorf, Imberg, SkiArena Steibis and Sinswang. All lifts in these areas can be accessed for free with this card (one ski area of your choice per day). Further, it also offers free access to the approx. 1 km distant sauna and activity pool complex Aquaria (alternative to lift pass), free parking on the sign-posted parking spaces in Oberstaufen, and much more (further info in resort, services may be subject to change).

Important notes
- Access to the spa area is only permitted to children when accompanied by an adult. Access to the sauna is permitted to children from age 16.
