1. Organiser of the giveaway

The giveaway is being run by TravelTrex GmbH, Bonner Str. 484-486, 50968 Cologne (‘TravelTrex’). TravelTrex is providing the prize for the giveaway. The giveaway is not affiliated with Facebook or Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organised by Facebook or Instagram. Questions, comments, or complaints regarding this giveaway should not be directed to Facebook or Instagram, but exclusively to TravelTrex. The recipient of the information provided by participants in the promotion is not Facebook or Instagram, but TravelTrex. The personal information provided will be used solely for this giveaway. TravelTrex is the contact and responsible party for the planning, organisation and implementation of this giveaway, as well as for the realisation of the prizes.

The promotion begins on 5 December 2025 at 2 p.m. The closing date for entries is 11 December 2025 at 11:59 p.m. All participants who have liked the post, followed the profiles and tagged someone in the comments will be entered into a prize draw to win the following:

• 3 nights for 2 people in a double room at the Hotel Kristall-Saphir in Saas-Almagell in the Saastal, including Halfboard PLUS and two new pairs of ski gloves by Ziener. Travel period: March or April

The winner will be contacted via direct message. Participants agree to be named (first name or profile name) if they win.

TravelTrex employees are not eligible to participate. TravelTrex business partners are not eligible to participate. Participants will not incur any additional costs from TravelTrex for participating in the promotion. Voluntary expenses incurred in connection with participation in the promotion will not be reimbursed. Participants are responsible for the accuracy of their information. To participate in the giveaway, it is essential that all personal details are true. TravelTrex reserves the right to exclude individuals from the giveaway in the event of a violation of the conditions of participation.

By participating in this giveaway, participants agree to comply with the official regulations in force at the time of travel to contain the spread of the SARS CoV-2 coronavirus, as well as any additional regulations issued by TravelTrex GmbH as the organiser. In the event of non-compliance, participants may be excluded from participation at any time before or during the trip.

Individuals with the typical symptoms (cough, fever, runny nose, a disturbance, or loss of sense of smell or taste, and acute shortness of breath) of infection with the coronavirus in accordance with Section 2 (8) HmbSARS-CoV-2-EindämmungsVO are not permitted to travel.

3. Duration of the giveaway and prizes

The giveaway runs from 5 December 2025, 2 p.m. to 11 December 2025, 11:59 p.m. TravelTrex reserves the right to cancel or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice for justified reasons.

The prizes are non-transferable. The winners will be determined by a random draw from among all participants who meet the eligibility requirements specified in point 2. The results determined by TravelTrex are final and binding. Legal recourse is excluded and cash payment of the prizes is excluded. The winner will be notified of their win by a comment under their comment and asked to submit a corresponding declaration of acceptance, which must be done within 7 days. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the claim to the prize expires and a new winner will be determined. In this case, the new winner will also be determined by a random draw in the manner described in point 2. The prize must be taken in accordance with the travel conditions specified by TravelTrex; alternative dates and special requests by the winner are not possible.

Travel and ski passes are not included in the prize.

4. Disclaimer

The participant hereby acknowledges that TravelTrex does not guarantee or warrant the availability of the websites in connection with the promotion or the content posted on them. TravelTrex reserves the right to discontinue the availability of these websites (even without prior notice) in whole or in part, or to restrict access to them in whole or in part. Against this background, TravelTrex accepts no responsibility for ensuring that these websites can be accessed at all times and/or without interruption. TravelTrex shall be released from all obligations towards the participant at the latest upon delivery of the prize.

5. Data protection

6. Validity of the conditions of participation

These conditions of participation apply to participation in the ‘Hotel Kristall-Saphir’ giveaway. TravelTrex reserves the right to change or adapt the conditions of participation at any time with future effect. In this case, participants will be informed of this at a suitable location on the promotion page.

7. Applicable law

German law applies exclusively and, to the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of TravelTrex in Cologne.

8. Miscellaneous

Should individual or multiple provisions of these conditions of participation be invalid or should the conditions contain a loophole, the validity of the other provisions shall remain unaffected. Invalid or incomplete provisions shall be replaced with valid content that comes as close as possible to the content that would have been agreed upon if the invalidity or loophole had been known.

Die Aktion beginnt am 21.11.25 um 14:00 Uhr. Teilnahmeschluss ist der 27.11.25 um 23:59 Uhr. Unter allen Teilnehmern, die den Beitrag geliket, den Profilen gefolgt und im Kommentar eine Person getaggt haben, wird folgender Gewinn verlost:

Mit der Teilnahme an diesem Gewinnspiel erklären Teilnehmer verbindlich, sich an die zum Zeitpunkt der Reise geltenden behördlichen Vorgaben zur Eindämmung der Verbreitung des Coronavirus SARS CoV-2-Geschehen sowie etwaige zusätzliche durch TravelTrex GmbH als Veranstalter erlassene Vorgaben zu halten. Im Falle einer Nichtbeachtung können Teilnehmer vor oder während der Reise jederzeit von der Teilnahme ausgeschlossen werden.

Personen mit den typischen Symptomen (Husten, Fieber, Schnupfen, eine Störung oder der Verlust des Geruchs- oder Geschmackssinns und akute Atemnot) einer Infektion mit dem Coronavirus nach § 2 Abs. 8 HmbSARS-CoV-2-EindämmungsVO ist der Reiseantritt nicht gestattet.

3. Laufzeit des Gewinnspiels und Gewinne

Das Gewinnspiel läuft vom 21.11.25, 14 Uhr bis 27.11.25, 23:59 Uhr. TravelTrex behält sich das Recht vor, das Gewinnspiel zu jedem Zeitpunkt ohne Vorankündigung aus berechtigten Gründen abzubrechen oder zu beenden.

Die Gewinne sind nicht übertragbar. Die Ermittlung der Gewinner erfolgt durch ein Losverfahren unter allen Teilnehmern,  die die unter Punkt 2 genannten Gewinnvoraussetzungen erfüllen. Die von TravelTrex ermittelten Ergebnisse sind endgültig und bindend. Der Rechtsweg ist ausgeschlossen und eine Barauszahlung der Gewinne ist ausgeschlossen. Der Gewinner wird durch eine Direktnachricht über seinen Gewinn benachrichtigt und um eine entsprechende Annahmeerklärung gebeten, die innerhalb von 7 Tagen erfolgen muss. Meldet sich der Gewinner nicht innerhalb von 7 Tagen zurück, so verfällt der Anspruch auf den Gewinn und es wird ein neuer Gewinner ermittelt. Der neue Gewinner wird in diesem Fall ebenfalls durch ein Losverfahren auf dem unter Punkt 2 genannten Wege ermittelt. Der Teilnehmer nimmt hiermit zur Kenntnis, dass TravelTrex keine Garantie oder Gewähr für die Verfügbarkeit der Internetseiten im Kontext der Aktion oder der darauf eingestellten Inhalte übernimmt. TravelTrex behält sich vor, die Teilnahmebedingungen jederzeit mit Wirkung für die Zukunft zu ändern oder anzupassen. In diesem Fall werden die Teilnehmer hierüber an geeigneter Stelle auf der Aktionsseite informiert.

7. Anwendbares Recht

Es gilt ausschließlich deutsches Recht und, sofern gesetzlich zulässig, der Gerichtsstand des Geschäftssitzes von TravelTrex, Köln.

Sollten einzelne oder mehrere Bestimmungen dieser Teilnahmebedingungen unwirksam sein oder die Bedingungen eine Lücke aufweisen, bleibt die Wirksamkeit der anderen Bestimmungen hiervon unberührt. Unwirksame oder lückenhafte Bestimmungen werden mit einem wirksamen Inhalt aufrechterhalten, der dem Inhalt am nächsten kommt, der darin vereinbart worden wäre, wenn die Unwirksamkeit oder die Lücke bekannt gewesen wäre.
