The winner will be notified of their win by a comment under their comment and asked to submit a corresponding declaration of acceptance, which must be done within 7 days. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the claim to the prize expires and a new winner will be determined. In this case, the new winner will also be determined by a random draw in the manner described in point 2. The prize must be taken in accordance with the travel conditions specified by TravelTrex; alternative dates and special requests by the winner are not possible.
Travel and ski passes are not included in the prize.

The participant hereby acknowledges that TravelTrex does not guarantee or warrant the availability of the websites in connection with the promotion or the content posted on them. TravelTrex reserves the right to discontinue the availability of these websites (even without prior notice) in whole or in part or to restrict access to them in whole or in part. Against this background, TravelTrex accepts no responsibility for ensuring that these websites can be accessed at all times and/or without interruption. TravelTrex shall be released from all obligations towards the participant at the latest upon delivery of the prize.

By submitting the relevant data, the participant authorises TravelTrex to store and process the personal data obtained for the purpose of handling and implementing the promotion and realising the prizes to the extent necessary in accordance with the provisions of the BDSG. 6. Validity of the conditions of participation
These conditions of participation apply to participation in the ‘Anders Mountain Suites in Brixen’ giveaway. TravelTrex reserves the right to change or adapt the conditions of participation at any time with future effect. In this case, participants will be informed of this at a suitable location on the promotion page.
7. Applicable law
German law applies exclusively and, to the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of TravelTrex in Cologne.
8. Miscellaneous
Should individual or multiple provisions of these conditions of participation be invalid or should the conditions contain a loophole, the validity of the other provisions shall remain unaffected. Invalid or incomplete provisions shall be replaced with valid content that comes as close as possible to the content that would have been agreed upon if the invalidity or loophole had been known.
