Location

The family-run 3-star Hotel Espel is located approx. 600 m away from the centre of Escaldes. The nearest lift in Encamp that takes you up to the Grandvalira ski area can be reached after 5.5 km.

Facilities

The accommodation offers an entrance area with reception, lift, Wi-Fi, bar, restaurant and ski room. Parking spaces and a parking garage (for a fee) can be used upon availability.

Board

Depending on the type of room booked, you will either have no board (self-catering), only the breakfast buffet, half board or full board. On request, you can also receive gluten-free meals.

Important notes

  • For children born in 2014 or younger, no lift pass voucher will be issued. In order to use the lift system, children in this age group require a valid children's lift pass, which can be acquired in resort at the lift office.
  • For seniors above the age of 65, no lift pass voucher will be issued. Seniors aged between 65 - 69 can acquire a lift pass at the lift office for €31 per day, and seniors aged 70 and above will receive a free lift pass at the lift office.
  • When booking rooms with multiple or additional beds, there is no claim to the additional beds
