Location
The 3-star Panoramahotel Traunstein, which was renovated in 2018 is located at the foot of the Gmundnerberg mountain, only approx. 400 m away from the centre of Altmünster and about 1 km away from Traunsee. A ski bus stops directly at the accommodation and comfortably takes you to the Feuerkogel ski area, which is about 12 km away. An access point to the Hochlecken cross-country trails is approx. 5 km away.If you wish, you can also use the hotel's own shuttle to and from the train station (with prior reservation).Facilities

- No lift pass voucher is issued for infants up to and including 5 years of age, they ski free when accompanied by their parents. Should children in this age group use the lifts unaccompanied by their parents or attend a ski course on site that requires a lift pass, a children's lift pass must be purchased separately on site. Further information is available at the lift ticket office.
- When booking several-bed rooms or rooms with additional beds, there is no entitlement to the additional beds in the event of under-occupancy.
