Location

The modern 4-star GRAND Elisabeth hotel is situated directly in the centre of Bad Ischl. The centre of Bad Goisern is always worth a visit, and is approx. 8,7 km away from the accommodation. The Katrin Seilbahn cable car, which is approx. 1 km away, will take you to the ski area.

Facilities

The hotel offers various amenities, such as a reception (00:00 - 00:00, subject to change), a lobby area, Wi-Fi, 3 lifts, a breakfast room, the Grande Liberté hotel restaurant and the Violet Hour hotel bar. Guests can store their ski and snowboarding equipment in a lockable ski storage room. Drivers can use a parking lot (for a fee), a parking garage (for a fee) and a charging station for e-cars (for a fee) - subject to availability.

Spa

Our 450 m² large wellness area invites its guests to indulge body and soul (opening hours: 12:00 - 21:00) and enjoy a sauna. Your accommodation features a 56 m² large indoor pool (07:00 - 21:00). Massages are available for a fee and help encourage an overall sense of well-being. Our staff provides guests with a bathrobe and bathing slippers on a loan basis. Opening hours of individual wellness facilities and validity periods are subject to change.

Children

Cots are provided for a fee, high chairs can be used free of charge (upon request and availability).

Important notes

  • This accommodation is not wheelchair-accessible.
  • When booking several-bed rooms or rooms with extra beds, there is no entitlement to the additional beds in the event of under-occupancy.
  • Please note that access to the spa area is only permitted from the age of 16 from 5 p.m.
  • Active Family promotion: 07/03/2026 - 06/04/2026 - When booking for 5 or more days, children born in 2010 or afterwards (ID required) receive a free multi-day ticket. The prerequisite is that at least one parent purchases a multi-day ticket of 5 days or more for the same period. If there are more children travelling with you than adults or if you do not meet the promotion requirements, a corresponding lift pass must be purchased on site.
