Location

The family-led 4-star Superior Impuls Hotel Tirol hotel is located approx. 700 m away from the centre of Bad Hofgastein. The Schlossalmbahn cable car, which is approx. 2,1 km away, will take you to the ski area. The thermal spa Alpentherme Gastein also offers a special wellness experience and is situated approx. 1,8 km away. Cross-country skiing trails can be reached within about 900 m. Ski buses stop within about 50 m.

Facilities

The hotel features various amenities, such as a reception, Wi-Fi, a library, a lift, a breakfast room, a hotel restaurant, a parlour, a hotel bar and a wine lounge. Guests can store their ski and snowboarding equipment in a ski storage room. Drivers can use a parking lot (for a fee), a parking garage (for a fee) and a charging station for e-cars (for a fee) - subject to availability.

Spa

You are welcome to use the spa area, which covers approx. 500 m² and features a Finnish sauna, bio-sauna, brine steam bath, infrared cabin and relaxation room, free of charge. The solarium, massages and wellness treatments are available for a fee. In addition, there is a spa covering approx. 1,200 m² with two indoor and one outdoor pool, as well as a fitness area of approx. 100 m². You will also receive a one-off €20 wellness voucher per room/stay, which can be redeemed daily until 4 pm (non-transferable, no cash alternative). You also have the opportunity to take part in the hotel’s own activity programme (e.g. yoga, spinal exercises, aqua fitness – see information on site).

Children

The children's playroom offers a range of play experiences for young guests, no matter the weather. Cots are provided for a fee, high chairs can be used free of charge (upon request and availability).

Entertainment

Sports facilities and activities at the hotel include a gym (approx. 100 m²) and a sports programme.

Board

When booking rooms with the ‘Half-board PLUS’ board plan, this includes a welcome drink (on the day of arrival) and a wholesome breakfast buffet featuring regional and homemade organic produce. Afternoon board (3.00 pm – 5.00 pm) includes cake. In the evening, you’ll be served a 5-course gourmet dinner featuring a themed starter buffet, as well as meat, fish and vegetarian and vegan options. You can also treat yourself to culinary delights at the themed evening held once a week. A Christmas dinner is held on Christmas Day, and a New Year’s Eve dinner on New Year’s Eve. Guests at the hotel receive one drinks voucher per person per stay for an aperitif at the hotel bar (for stays of 7 nights or more; not redeemable for cash; non-transferable). Special dietary cuisine, including lactose-free, gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options, are also available on request.

Important notes

• When booking several-bed rooms or rooms with extra beds, there is no entitlement to the additional beds in the event of under-occupancy.
• This accommodation is not wheelchair-accessible.
• Please note that group bookings (more than 20 people per booking) must be requested separately.
• Use of the ski lifts in the Gastein Valley is free of charge for children aged 5 or under (at time of departure) when booking a lift pass for the same duration. Should your child use the lifts independently in other Ski amadé ski areas, a Minicard (lift pass) may need to be purchased on site.
• Family Spring Deals: 13/03/2027 until the end of the season – children born in 2011 or later receive a free multi-day pass valid for 4 days or more (official proof of family relationship required). This offer is subject to at least one parent purchasing a multi-day pass valid for 4 days or more for the same period. If there are more children travelling than adults, or if the promotion conditions are not met, a corresponding lift pass must be purchased on site.
