Location and facilities
The family run 4-star Hotel Kolmhof is located centrally in the district Bach amidst the interconnected ski areas Bad Kleinkirchheim/St. Oswald. The Maibrunn lift is approx. 150 m away and you can reach the resort centre of Bad Kleinkirchheim within approx. 200 m. If snow conditions allow, you can ski in to the accommodation, and can access the cross-country ski network in approx. 100 m.The hotel's furnishing is both modern and quaint and offers a reception with welcome area, lift, Wi-Fi, farmers' parlour with tiled stove, restaurant, bar, playroom, sun terrace as well as a ski and boots room with drying room.
Furthermore the hotels offers a spacious spa area comprising an indoor pool with direct access to the outdoor pool (heated all year), several saunas such as e.g. a steam bath, Finnish sauna and light sauna, jacuzzi, infrared cabin and a relaxation and fitness room (opening hours as per notice in resort). Various massages and cosmetic treatments can be made use of if paid for locally.
In resort you can take part in the hotel's weekly programme which offers night hikes, night skiing, guided piste tests and night tobogganing (some only with valid lift pass). You can also participate in curling or tobogganing (payable locally). Free-of-charge parking spaces for hotel guests only can also be found (depending on availability).
The lift pass Bad Kleinkirchheim - St. Oswald can be used daily either for using the ski lifts or as entrace card to the Römerbad thermal bath. For arrivals between 10/03/2018 to 02/04/2018, guests receive a 50% reduction on the entrance fee to the Römerbad thermal bath.

Included in the holiday price is a half board comprising a breakfast buffet and a 4-course evening meal of choice with various, changing appetisers, salads or desserts, as well a gala dinner 1 x per week. Special children's menus and vegetarian meals are also available. 3 x per week an afternoon snack is included as well. The Christmas and New Year's Eve dinner incl. buffet with cold and warm delicacies, live music, a small midnight snack and fireworks.Pets

Important notes
- Access to the sauna is only permitted from 2 years and only if accompanied by an adult.
- The lift pass "Bad Kleinkirchheim - St. Oswald" is valid per day either for the use of the lifts, or for accessing the thermal pool complex "Römerbad"! For arrivals from 10/03/2018 until 02/04/2018 you'll receive with your lift pass 50% reduction on the ticket price for Thermal Römerbad.
- Children under the age of 4 can ride for free when accompanied by a parent as long as they do not require their own seat.
- When booking rooms with multiple or additional beds, there is no claim to the additional beds
