The cosy 3-star Pension Südhang has a panoramic view and is located about 1.2 km away from Bad Kleinkirchheim. The Kaiserburg lift and the thermal baths can be reached after approx. 2 km. Free of charge parking spaces can be used (upon availability).
The lift pass "Bad Kleinkirchheim - St. Oswald" is valid daily for use of the ski lifts or entrance to the thermal baths. In the time from 06/01 - 02/02/1028 and 24/02 - 09/03/2018 (Ski Wellness Weeks) you can use the lift pass for the thermal baths and the lifts (1 x from a 3 days lift pass, 2 x from a 4 days lift pass and 3 x from a 6 day lift pass - thermal baths visit of 4 hours, see info in resort). If you arrive between 10/03/2018 and 02/04/2018 you will receive a 50% reduction with your lift pass on the ticket price for the thermal baths.

Important notes
- The lift pass "Bad Kleinkirchheim - St. Oswald" is valid per day either for the use of the ski lifts or for accessing the thermal pool complex "Therme Römerbad". For arrivals from 10/03/2018 until 02/04/2018 you will receive a 50% reduction with your lift pass on the ticket price for the "Therme Römerbad".
- Children under the age of 4 can ride for free when accompanied by a parent as long as they do not require their own seat.
- When booking rooms with multiple or additional beds, there is no claim to the additional beds
