Location and facilities

The comfortable, 4-star Hotel Urbani lies idyllically, directly on the shore of Lake Ossiach, approx. 500 m from the centre of Bodensdorf, and approx. 5 km from the ski area Gerlitzen. The ski bust stop is located directly in front of the door.

The modern, Alpine-style hotel offers a welcome area with reception, Wi-Fi, lift, breakfast room, restaurant, bar, table tennis and a ski & boot room. Free parking spaces are present (upon availability).

The welcoming spa area, (opening hours as per notice in resort) provides a sauna, Finnish sauna, steam room, relaxation room, nude area and a pool with indoor and outdoor swim areas.

For children there is free child-care service in the Urbi-Land (6 days per week, afternoons only, for children from 3 years), as well as game rental.

Rooms

The cosy rooms are all fitted with a bathroom or shower/WC, TV, telephone, Wi-Fi, sometimes a safe, hair dryer and some also have a balcony.

Board

The holiday price includes full board and comprises a breakfast buffet in the morning, an afternoon snack as well as a dinner buffet in the evenings. For children, non-alcoholic drinks at the juice bar in the Urbi-Land also included (during supervision hours).

Important notes

  • Access to the spa area is only permitted to guests ages 16 and up.
  • Children are only permitted to use the indoor and outdoor pools with accompanied by a parent.
  • Children ages 5 and under will not receive a lift pass voucher as they can ski for free when accompanied by a parent. Children who are skiing alone (e.g. participating in ski lessons) must purchase a "Bambini card" (lift pass) in resort. Further information is available at the lift office.
  • When booking rooms with multiple or additional beds, there is no claim to the additional beds
