Ski area Feuerkogel-Ebensee

With the lift pass "Feuerkogel-Ebensee", you have access to the family ski area (474-1680 m) with 16 km of piste as well as 8 lifts. On the high plateau with 360-degree panorama view of the Dacstein and the lake region, a little ski circus attracts with runs suitable for beginners and children as well as for demanding skiers. A spacious practice slope and the "Kinderland" children's area offer lots of space to practice the first sweeps. Those looking for some more adventure will like the 6 km unprepared valley run. On the high plateau at 1650 m altitude, an "adventure mountain valley" awaits with several opportunities to have a bite and a drink. A special highlight is the night skiing with floodlights, music and an igloo bar - depending on weather conditions in the Christmas and semester holidays. The high plateau is also the starting point for ski tours depending on the difficulty level - from a half-hour ascent to those taking several hours.

The mountain huts and restaurants invite their guests to linger on the cosy sun terraces as well as try some regional specialties. In the valley the fun continues in the "Parkcafé Tiki-Taki". In Gmunden you can spend the evening in one of the numerous restaurants, pubs and bars such as the "Pepito" or the "Havanna Cocktail House". Winter sports fans, who want to get to know the "Feuerkogel" from a different point of view can do this by going on a snowshoe or torch hike, experiencing a ski tour, sledging or night skiing. If you are still seeking action after this, you can try ice skating, curling or tobogganing. Culturally interested can visit the some of the Gmund castles, such as the castel Cumberland or the moated castel Ort or even visit the cinema or theatre.
