Location

The modern Der Ulmenhof apartments complex is situated approx. 300 m away from the centre of Gosau. The Hornspitz-Express cable car, which is approx. 2,5 km away, will take you to the ski area. Ski buses stop right at the door. The Steeg railway station can be reached after approx. 13,2 km. Local shopping opportunities lie within approx. 150 m, cafés and restaurants are located within about 750 m.

  • This accommodation is not wheelchair-accessible.
  • Active Family promotion: 07/03/2026 - 06/04/2026. When booking for 5 or more days, children born in 2010 or afterwards (ID required) receive a free multi-day ticket. The prerequisite is that at least one parent purchases a multi-day ticket of 5 days or more for the same period. If there are more children travelling with you than adults or if you do not meet the promotion requirements, a corresponding lift pass must be purchased on site.
