General facilties of the family-run accommodation iclude a reception, Wi-Fi, a ski storage room and free parking spaces (upon availability).The comfort chalates are modern and furnished in alpine style with lots of wood. In winter, the hotel's own natural swimming lake can be used as a diving pool for sauna-goers (see info on site).

Important notes
- Children aged 5 or under (at time of departure) can use the lifts in Großarl free of charge. These children will be issued with a free mini card at the lift ticket office on site. If your child wishes to use the lifts in other Ski amadé ski areas independently, a mini card (lift pass) may need to be purchased on site.
