At a glance
Location and facilities
The cosy Adventure Farm Stempf ist located in the midst of an impressive landscape with a view of the Großglockner. With the free ski bus (approx. 50 m away) you will reach the Rossbachlift (approx. 1.3 km away) in just a couple of minutes. The entrance to the nearest cross-country trail is situated right next to the building.Facilities include Wi-Fi, Finnish sauna, steam room as well as a ski depot with boot dryers. The washing machine can be used free-of-charge. Parking spaces can be found in front of the house (subject to availability). And of course you will find various animals on the farm such as dogs, cats, chickens, rabbits, horses and many more.
Furnishing and board
The friendly furnished apartments come with a living/sleeping area, separate bedrooms, bathtub or shower/WC, Wi-Fi, hair dryer, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dish washer, coffee machine, microwave and a balcony. Self-catering. A bread roll service can be booked additionally at the resort.Pets

Important notes
- Children (born in 2009 or after) need to have the lift pass Schneemannkarte when accompanied by their parents, which can be acquired for €3 per day at the lift office. For children without adult company (e. g. for ski lessons) the child rate is applied. Further information can be obtained at the lift office.
