The family-led 3-star Kaiservilla hotel is located approx. 200 m away from the centre of Heiligenblut. The Rossbachbahn cable car, which is approx. 500 m away, will take you to the ski area. Ski buses stop within about 350 m.

Facilities

This hotel offers various amenities, such as a reception, Wi-Fi and a common room. Guests can store their ski and snowboarding equipment in a heated ski storage room with a ski boot dryer and in a heated ski cellar. • When booking several-bed rooms or rooms with extra beds, there is no entitlement to the additional beds in the event of under-occupancy.
• No lift pass vouchers are issued for children aged 9 or under (at time of departure). When accompanied by a parent, children aged 5 to 9 (at time of departure) receive a "snowman card" (lift pass), which must be paid for on site at a cost of €10 per child per day. Children travelling alone (e.g. for ski lessons) are subject to the child rate. Children under the age of 5 (at time of departure) travel free of charge.
