Location
The friendly 3-star Hotel Kehlbachwirt lies idyllic in the small location Niedernsill, approx. 15 km from Kaprun and Zell am See. The next ski bus stop is directly at the house, which takes you comfortably to Kaprun/Zell am See ski area (approx. 15 km). The access to the cross-country trail is also possible directly from the accommodation.Facilities
The cosy hotel's facilities include a welcome area with reception and lobby, Wi-Fi, lift, breakfast room, parlour, dinning room, restaurant, bar, café, children's playroom, teracce and wine cellar, a swell as ski and boot room. Free parking spaces, as well as a parking garage (for a fee) can be used upon availability.The approx. 90 m² large spa area with sauna, Finish sauna, steam bath, infrared cabbin, and relaxation room are free of charge at your disposal (16:00 - 19:00, with prior notification at the reception). On request and for a fee, you can book massages.
In resort, you will also receive a 5% discount at the "Deins & Meins" restaurant in Zell am See, as well as a €10 discount (once per person) at the "Fancy's" fashion boutique, when shopping for at least €60 (upon display of voucher, received with the travel documents).
Furthermore, you'll receive the "FUN+CARD Piesendorf-Niedernsill", which gives you plenty of free or reduced services, such as 1 x SnowTubing resp. FunRodeln (toboggan) at Naglköpfl activity mountain, as well as several different reductions (subject to change, see info in resort).
Board
The included in the holiday price half board consists of a welcome drink upon arrival, breakfast buffet, as well as a 3-course menu with choice of main dish and salad buffet for dinner. Children's menus are also possible (on request). Special dinners are served on Christmas Eve (24/12) and New Year's Eve (mandatory, for a fee).Pets

Important notes
- Access to the spa area is only permitted to children ages 6 and up and only when accompanied by a parent!
- If you have booked a lift pass, it is already valid on the day before its actual validity from 15:00.

Reductions
Depending on the room type, age of the traveller, arrival date and lift pass, you could receive various reductions to the holiday price.
