Location and facilities

The traditional 3-star Superior Hotel Künstleram is located in an ideal location to the ski area Kitzsteinhorn (approx. 800 m) and approx. 4 km from the resort centre of Kaprun. A ski bus stops directly in front of the accommodation and takes you to the Gletscherbahn Kaprun lift (approx. 800 m), the Maikogelbahn lift (approx. 3 km) and to the Areitbahn lift (approx. 10 km).

The hotel was newly renovated in the summer of 2017 and its facilities include a reception, Wi-Fi, common room, restaurant, breakfast room, bar as well as a heated ski and ski boots room. Free-of-charge parking places can also be found (based on availability).

Additionally, you can use the sauna area for free. It comprises a sauna and organic sauna, physiotherm cabin, spa showers, heating bench, infrared cabin and a relaxation room (opening hours as per information in resort).

In resort, you will also receive a 5% discount at the "Deins & Meins" restaurant in Zell am See (upon display of voucher, received with the travel documents).

Rooms

The modern and brightly furnished rooms have a shower/wc, cable TV, Wi-Fi (incl.), safe (incl.), telephone and hair drier. Some also have a balcony or terrace.

Board

The included half board PLUS comprises a welcome drink, rich breakfast buffet with regional products, as well a skier's snack (14:30 - 16:30) with sweet and hearty snacks in the afternoon (only from 01/12 - 28/04). In the evening you can look forward to a 4-course menu of choice with salad buffet and 1 x per week a 6-course dinner as well as a themed buffet are served (as per information in resort).

Important notes

  • Children born in 2013 and younger receive a free lift pass when an accompanying adult purchases a full valid ski pass at the same time: per accompanying adult, one child receives a free lift pass. The lift pass is valid already from 15:00 on the preceding day.
