- When booking the Alpen Glück Kirchberger Hof, you will be accommodated either in the hotel itself or in the neighbouring Alpen Glück Villa Lisa. All meals are still taken in the main Alpen Glück Hotel Kirchberger Hof building and the indoor pool and sauna are also available there.
- No lift pass voucher is issued for small children up to and including the age of 5; they can use the lifts free of charge when accompanied by an adult.
- If you have booked a lift pass, you will receive a 50% discount in the indoor pools of the AQUARENA Kitzbühel swimming centre.
- When booking several-bed rooms or rooms with additional beds, there is no entitlement to the additional beds in the event of under-occupancy.
