Ski area Hochficht

The "Hochficht" lift pass covers a total of 20 kilometres of pistes at an altitude of 933 to 1,338 metres. Despite its tranquil size, the Hochficht ski area is quite varied. Families in particular will find their perfect ski area in the 3-mountain ski swing, which consists of the peaks of Hochficht (1,338 m), Zwieselberg (1,163 m) and Reischlberg (1,281 m). In the Fichtl Kids Park, with its well-trained ski instructors, two magic carpets and ski carousel, children are well looked after and can make their first attempts on skis. Additionally, the children's ski route is ideal for children who are already safer on skis.

Meanwhile, the 10 km of red piste offer adults a relaxed run, although they can, of course, try out the demanding FIS race track. There are 9 kilometres of blue pistes available for beginners, as well as appropriate ski and snowboard lessons to help further their skiing skills.

In addition to various wave tracks spread throughout the whole ski area, winter sports fans will also find a fun park and a fun slope with various obstacles for those looking for more action.

Après ski Klaffer am Hochficht

In spite of the moderate size of the Hochficht ski area, après ski fans do not miss out. You can already get your first drinks on the piste at the Schirmbar, which is part of the "Gasthaus zum Überleben" (restaurant). For those who cannot get enough, the "Einkehr Schwarzenberg" located at valley station offers more après ski.

For families and those who enjoy a more quite evening, Klaffer am Hochficht also offers something. You can comfortably enjoy the rest of your evening with the rustic Austrian atmosphere and delicious hearty food in a lakeside restaurant.

In addition, the region is characterized by many dreamy winter hiking trails. In the nearby village of Peilstein, a very special kind of hiking is offered. Here, you can hike with a donkey and at the same time learn a lot about both the region as well as these relaxed, intelligent animals. The donkey hike is a unique and unforgettable experience, especially for children.

For those who are even more curious, different nature trails can be hiked, which educate on topics as for example fish and water plants at the Urlsee. Additionally, you can explore the "Sagenweg" (myth trail) on which various myths of the region are shown and explained on info boards along the way.

Snowpark: Fun Park Schwarzenberg Klaffer am Hochficht

The "Fun Park Schwarzenberg" offers all freestylers the necessary obstacles like rails and kickers required to perform casual tricks. For snowboarders, the fun slope, including jumps, tunnels and steep turns, promises a change from the easy pistes.
