Location and facilities

The comfortable, 4-star Ferienhof Oblasser is located quietly in the district of Hochstegen, about 1.2 km from the village centre. The Penken lift is only approx. 2 km away and the free ski bus departs directly in front of the building.

The cosily furnished accommodation offers a reception, Wi-Fi, lift, a breakfast room and bar. Free parking can also be found and used upon availability.

The spa area offers a Finnish sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin, ice grotto, adventure shower and a large relaxation area with outdoor access. Please note that the sauna is closed on Saturdays. (Opening hours Sunday - Friday: 16:00 - 20:00).

The comfortable rooms are equipped with shower/wc, TV, safe, hair dryer and some have a balcony or loggia.

  • The sauna is closed on Saturdays.
  • Access to the spa area is permitted to children aged 12 and older accompanied by an adult.
  • Please note that parts of the ski area may be closed in the early and late season. The Ahornbahn and the Möslbahn are not expected to open until 13/12/25. The Möslbahn is expected to close starting 06/04/26. Further information is available at the lift ticket office.
