Location and facilities

The comfortable 4-Star Alm Hotel Kärnten lies directy in the ski area and on 1,600 m altitude, as well as in close proximity to the Gartnerkofel lift, which makes it possible to ski right down to the house in good snow conditions. The resort centre of Nassfeld-Hermagor is located approx. 600 m from the house.

The cosy hotel offers a reception, welcome area, Wi-Fi, breakfast room, dining room, restaurant, heated boot and ski room, as well as parking spaces. The approx. 150 m² spa area with steam room, sauna, organic sauna and relaxation room can be used (consult opening hours locally).

Rooms

The bright rooms all have a bath or shower/wc, satellite TV, telephone, Wi-Fi (incl.), hair drier and heating.

Board

The holiday price includes half board and offers a breakfast buffet as well as a 4-course menu to choose from (sometimes buffet-style) with a salad bar. Furthermore, a Christmas dinner on 24/12 (incl.) and a New Year's Eve dinner on 31/12 (incl.) will be provided,

Important notes

  • Entrance to the spa area is permitted from the age of 16.
  • Children up to (and including) the age of 5 will not be issued a voucher for their lift pass. Children in this age group ride the lifts for free when accompanied by a parent. For children that want to ski by themselves (in a ski course for example) a lift pass must be purchased. More information can be found at the lift office.
