Location and facilities
The welcoming 3-star Alpenhotel Wildschönau was partially renovated in 2020 and is situated between the resorts of Oberau and Niederau, approx. 1.5 km away from the centre of Oberau. The ski bus stops about 200 m away. The "Markbachjoch" lift in Niederau is approx. 2 km away and the "Schatzberg" lift in Auffach is approx. 7 km away. A cross-country trail runs right alongside the hotel.The cosy hotel is furnished in a typical Tyrolean style and has a reception, lift, Wi-Fi, lounge, breakfast room, restaurant, bar and winter terrace. A ski and boot room with boot dryer, as well as free parking spaces, can also be found at the hotel and used where available. A charging station for electric vehicles is also available to use at the hotel.
The hotel also offers a renovated spa area (16:00 - 20:00) with indoor pool (9:00 - 20:00), sauna and steam bath with relaxation room (use only available with prior notification). Furthermore, you will also receive the "Wildschönau CARD" guest card in resort, which grants you access to numerous free or discounted services in the region such as the use of the ski bus (as per info in resort, services subject to change and restrictions)

The already included half board consists of a breakfast buffet with warm and cold dishes as well as a 3-course evening meal with your choice of main dish. The New Year's Eve menus is also included.Room type
