Location

The family-friendly 3-star Lohmann hotel is situated approx. 200 m away from the centre of Obergurgl. You can access the ski area by taking the Rosskarbahn gondola lift approx. 300 m away, or the Festkogelbahn cable car approx. 400 m away. Alpine skiers can access the slopes within about 200 m. There is also a practice lift for ski beginners to start their skiing journey. Cross-country skiing trails are in close proximity. Ski buses stop within about 100 m.

Facilities

The hotel offers various amenities, such as a reception, a lobby area, Wi-Fi, a breakfast room, a hotel restaurant and a hotel bar. Guests can store their ski and snowboarding equipment in a ski storage room. Drivers can use a parking lot and a parking garage - subject to availability.

Spa

The 60 m² large wellness area invites its guests to indulge body and soul. When it’s time to replenish your energy, you have a choice between different facilities including a Finnish sauna, a sanarium, a whirlpool and a steam bath. Massages are available for a fee and help encourage an overall sense of well-being. Our staff provides guests with a bathrobe and bathing slippers on a loan basis.

Children

The children's playroom offers a range of play experiences for young guests, no matter the weather. Your accommodation also offers a childcare service (Mon. - Fri. and Sun., 12:00 - 20:00) - mentioned services as well as validity periods are subject to change, please ask your accommodation for more information. Board

The half board plus catering plan includes a welcome drink and a buffet style breakfast. In the afternoon (16:00 - 17:00) guests can treat themselves to coffee and cake, whereby tea will also be served. At dinner (18:30 - 21:00), our cooks put together a buffet with various salads. Non alcoholic beverages (18:30 - 21:00) such as water, soft drinks and juices and also alcoholic beverages (18:30 - 21:00) such as beer and table wine are included. A Christmas menu will also be served at Christmas (24/12/2026), on New Year's Eve a festive menu will be offered.

• When booking several-bed rooms or rooms with extra beds, there is no entitlement to the additional beds in the event of under-occupancy.

• The meeting point for the lunchtime childcare service is the Hochfirst ski school assembly point.
• A lift pass voucher is not issued for small children aged 3 or under (at time of departure). They do not need a lift pass and ski for free.
• Admission to the Top Mountain Motorcycle Museum in Hochgurgl and the James Bond 007 ELEMENTS experience in Sölden is included when booking a lift pass valid for at least 6 days. Further information is available at the ticket office; please check the opening hours on site.
