Location and facilities
The comfortable 4-star Mountain Hotel Holzer is wonderfully located at approx. 1,274 m altitude at the Pass Thurn, directly on the piste. The lifts to the ski area is only a few metres away, if the snow conditions allow it, doorstep skiing is possible! The popular resort Kitzbühel is approx. 18 km away, to Mittersill it is approx. 10 km. Good, Austrian après ski can be found approx. 200 m from the hotel, in the "Thurner Hag Alm".The hotel offers a lobby with reception, Wi-Fi, lift, restaurant, hotel bar, various parlours, wine cellar, children's play area and play room, as well as a ski cellar with heated ski boot drier. Parking spaces are available for free at the hotel (based on availability).
The spa area with Finnish sauna, activity showers, steam bath, cold grotto, heated beds and relaxation room can all be used for free (15:00 - 19:00, Mon. - Sat.). An infrared cabin and various massage treatments are available if paid locally.).
