5 km Cross-country trails (in km):
The approx. 5 km long Ochsengartenloipe is located in Oetz itself. This circular trail is ideal for beginners and is suitable for both classic-style and skating styles. It leads from Ochsengarten in the direction of Kühtai and back again.
Lovers of the Nordic discipline will find their stomping ground in the Längenfeld cross-country skiing centre with around 50 kilometres of trails. The other villages in Ötztal also offer their own cross-country trails, including numerous high altitude cross-country ski trails with guaranteed snow and a floodlit trail in Hochgurgl. The entire cross-country trail network in Ötztal offers approx. 148 kilometres of trails and has been awarded the cross-country quality seal.
