Location and facilities
The family run 3-star Gasthof Schwendterwirt is located in the centre of Schwendt, approx. 5 km from Kössen. The Unterberghorn lift is approx. 7 km away, the free ski bus stops in approx. 50 m. The cross-country trail runs approx. 20 m next to the accommodation.The traditional and lovingly led Gasthof comprises a main building and a neighbouring (approx. 15 m) side building (not officially classified). Facilities include a reception, lift (in the main building), Wi-Fi, three different Tyrolean style parlours (one with fireplace), bar, playroom, as well as a ski and ski boot room. Free of charge parking places can also be found at the accommodation, based on availability.
The spa area (14:00 - 19:00) is approx. 300 m² large and offers a wonderful view of the Tyrolean mountain landscape. It offers a sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin, relaxation room, jacuzzi, Kneipp basin, heated loungers and spa showers and can be used for free. The solarium and massage treatments can be used for a fee (with prior reservation).
Once per week, a free lantern hike with drinks at the bonfire together with the hotel's director is organised. On the hotel-own pond you can try out curling or go ice skating (incl., depending on weather conditions). Table football and darts (payable locally) are also available.

The spacious rooms have a bath or shower/wc, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, telephone, hair dryer, some also have a balcony or terrace. The rooms are located in the main building or in the side building.Board
Included in the holiday price is the half board which includes a breakfast buffet and a 4-course evening menu of choice with salad buffet. Vegetarian meals can also be prepared. On Christmas Eve (24/12), you will enjoy a Christmas dinner amongst a cosy atmosphere along with the owners of the accommodation. During the evening, kids and adults alike will receive a small gift. On New Year's Eve, a special gala dinner is served along with a small fireworks display.Room type
