Location
The centrally located Maria Theresia apartments are situated at the entrance to Serfaus, where you will also find the first shopping facilities. The village railway stop is around 250 metres away. This takes you to the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis ski area in around 1.4 km (Komperdellbahn). The cross-country ski trail is approx. 600 m away and the toboggan run approx. 1.3 km.Facilities
Facilities at the comfortable accommodation include a reception, Wi-Fi and a lounge. In addition to a ski cellar with ski boot dryer, the accommodation has free parking spaces (subject to availability). You can also park in an underground car park for a fee (subject to availability, see information on site).The renovated sauna area includes a sauna with relaxation room, spa shower and infrared cabin.
