Location and facilities

The family-run Haus Stefan Klotz I is centrally located, just 200 m away from the resort centre of Sölden and the activity arena. The ski bus stops directly in front of the door and takes you to the approx. 500 m distant mountain station. A restaurant is approx. 150 m away.

The accommodation includes a reception, Wi-Fi and a ski and boot room with ski boot dryer. Free parking spaces are available.

Furnishing/Board

The fully renovated apartments (for winter season 16/17) are cosily furnished. The facilities include an eat-in kitchen with ceramic hob, oven with microwave function, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee machine and an electric kettle. Further, the apartments offer two separate bedrooms, shower/wc, cable TV, Wi-Fi, hair dryer and a balcony. Self-catering, but a bread roll service can be booked at the accommodation (for a fee).
