Ski area SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental

With the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental ski pass, you have access to one of the largest and most modern ski areas in the world. 81 lift systems, around 275 kilometres of piste in all levels of difficulty, four snowparks, two funslopes and varied descents to the valley offer fun in the snow for all ability levels, from beginner to professional. The SkiWelt has won several international awards and guarantees a winter sports experience at the highest level.

For families, there are well-equipped children's areas, practice lifts, lovingly designed adventure areas and ski schools with professional supervision. The "Hexenwelle" adventure piste with many playful elements is a popular attraction. The "Hans im Glück" ski course is particularly fairytale-like, introducing children to the fun of skiing in a creative way.

Freestylers and boarders can look forward to highlights such as the "Kaiserpark", the "Big Playground" and other fun parks with a variety of obstacles. Freeriders will find ideal conditions, especially around the Hohe Salve, Choralpe and in the Hopfgarten area. Those who prefer more action can let off steam on race tracks with timekeeping, ski movie tracks and speed measurement slopes.

Wide, sunny descents and over 80 cosy huts and mountain restaurants with regional cuisine, some with Wi-Fi and panoramic terraces, await connoisseurs. Those who like it a little longer should not miss the 7.3 km descent to the valley from the Hohe Salve.

Those who want even more choice can upgrade their ski pass to the Super Ski Card and use over 2,840 kilometres of piste and 946 lift systems in 23 ski regions in Tyrol and Salzburg - including connection to the KitzSki area via the Ki-West descent.

Night skiing SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental

In the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser-Brixental there are 2 ski areas that offer night skiing: Söll and Brixen. At the Schusterbühel lifts in Brixen, there are 300 metres of blue night skiing slopes, which are illuminated continuously until 7 pm at certain times.

The highlight in terms of night skiing, however, awaits in SkiWelt Söll. This is Austria's largest night skiing area! From Wednesday to Saturday, 10 kilometres of groomed pistes are available into the night. A total of five descents on the Hexenwasser and Hans im Glück gondola lifts and the Hexen 6er chair lift are floodlit until 9.45 pm, while the descent to the valley is floodlit until 10.30 pm. In addition to the numerous descents, the "Hans im Glück" fun arena on the 10-seater adventure gondola is also floodlit for night-time skiing fun. Various ski huts and the night toboggan run on the Hexenwasser gondola lift round off the evening offer. Night skiing in Söll is so extensive that a separate lift pass must be purchased for it.

Those who still have enough energy after a day on the piste will definitely find the right evening activity in the Wilder Kaiser - Brixental region. Various bars, pubs, huts and discos provide the best entertainment, with the "Brixner Stadl" being particularly noteworthy. The restaurants and inns, on the other hand, are more cosy and spoil their guests with typical regional and international Kitchen.

You can enjoy the magnificent winter landscape on a long winter hike, on horseback or on a Nordic walking tour. The so-called Alpeniglu village with 18 igloos at the mountain station in Hochbrixen invites you to an ice art exhibition with annually changing themes, cool drinks from ice glasses, a sun lounge, bar and much more. Other activities on offer in the region include night tobogganing and bowling, as well as torchlight and snowshoe hiking. Ice skating, Bavarian curling or even a visit to the indoor pool are possible in the towns of Ellmau and Kitzbühel, which are also excellent destinations for night owls and shopping fans.

Snowpark SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental: Snowpark Hexenwelle

In the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental, winter sports enthusiasts have four varied snowparks, several funslopes, a ski circus and other special adventure slopes at their disposal - for all levels of ability. The offer ranges from easy to professional with obstacles such as boxes, rails, tubes, jumps, curves, kicker lines, bonks and much more.

In Westendorf, beginners and younger freestylers will find ideal conditions for practising in the "Mini Playground" with mini cross line, wave track, banked turns and jib boxes. The "Big Playground" is more demanding, with easy, pro and super cross lines including snake run and banked slalom, offering exciting challenges for all skill levels. A chill area invites you to linger and watch the action.

In the "Kaiserpark" near Ellmau, a wide variety of obstacles await on several lines, from kinked boxes to kickers with rollers up to 8 metres high. The park offers varied terrain for beginners and advanced riders alike.

In Söll, the "Hexenwelle" adventure piste and the "Hans im Glück" themed course are particularly suitable for children and families. These combine playful elements with coordinative challenges and make getting started with freestyle fun particularly easy and entertaining.

Whether during the day or during special night sessions under floodlights - freestylers of all ages will find ideal conditions for creativity, technique and fun in the snow at SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental.
