Location and facilities
The lovingly run 3-star Hahnbaum Alpine Hotel is located at an altitude of approx. 1,200 metres above sea level. The ski bus, which is about 6 km away, takes you to the Alpendorf gondola lift and to the centre of St. Johann im Pongau. Beginners can also reach a practice lift 3 km away.From the hotel, you can enjoy various winter hikes or ski tours in the surrounding area or a simply gorgeous scenery of the Pongau mountains with a direct view of the Hochkönig and the Kitzsteinhorn. A toboggan run can also be found right at the hotel.
The general facilities of the cosy hotel include a friendly, furnished lobby with a reception and seating arrangements, Wi-Fi, lounge, breakfast room, restaurant and bar. A ski room as well as parking spaces (upon availability) can also be used for free.
The spa area with Finnish sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin and relaxation loungers can also be used for free.

The traditionally furnished rooms are comprised of a shower/WX, cable TV, radio, Wi-Fi, safe, hair dryer, seating area, and sometimes a balcony.Board
The total holiday price is calculated to include a welcome drink, a regional breakfast buffet, as well as a 3-course evening meal of your choice with salad bar. Once per week, a themed evening, such as a farmer's buffet, takes place. The Christmas dinner, as well as the 5-course New Year's Eve gala dinner, are also included.Pets

Important notes
- Please note that the journey to the hotel is temporarily only possible via a new access road (further information can be obtained with the travel documents.
- There is a ski route to the mountain station (former middle station) of the Hahnbaum lift, however, the lift no longer goes to the hotel - instead, there is now a low-cost shuttle service available (prices as per info in resort).
- Children aged 5 or under do not receive a lift pass voucher in the Snow Space Salzburg ski area. Use of the lifts is free of charge for children in this age group when accompanied by an adult. If your child uses the lifts independently or attends ski lessons, a Minicard (lift pass) must be purchased on site. The same applies to the use of ski lifts in other ski areas. Further information is available at the lift ticket office.
