Cross-country Tarrenz

In the Imst holiday region, you will find around 50 km of cross-country ski trails that lead you through the forests and plateaus along the enchanting valley. The trails between the villages of Imst, Tarrenz and Nassereith are mostly easy to moderately difficult and can be skied in both classic and skating style.

The easy, 2.5 km long Hoch-Imst cross-country ski trail is a good place to start and offers safe skiing fun throughout the winter, as 1.5 km of it is covered in snow. The longest trail in the region is the Gurgltal trail near Tarrenz with a length of 25 km. In addition, every Wednesday you can enjoy the Hoch-Imst floodlit cross-country ski trail free of charge until late in the evening.
